What the subscription includes

One subscription unlocks the whole app: unlimited alarms, every wake-up mission, your streak, your statistics and the Morning Card. The two plans differ only in how often you are billed.

• UpMode Annual — 59.99 USD per year, after a 7-day free trial.
• UpMode Monthly — 12.99 USD per month, with no trial.

Prices are shown in your own currency inside the app, as the App Store reports them for your country; the figures above are the United States prices.

The free trial

The annual plan begins with 7 days free. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it becomes a paid year automatically and your Apple ID is charged. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription during it.

If you allow notifications, UpMode sends one reminder the day before the trial ends. It is a courtesy, not a condition: the trial converts on the rule above whether or not the reminder was allowed, delivered or seen.

Billing and renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the next period within the 24 hours before it starts.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time in Settings on your iPhone, under your name → Subscriptions. You keep everything you paid for until the end of the period you already paid for. We cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf — only Apple can — and refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy.

What the app is, and is not

UpMode is built so the alarm rings: it schedules through iOS itself and every challenge runs on the device, with no internet needed. Even so, no app can override a phone that is switched off, out of battery, or with alarms disabled in iOS settings. For anything where being woken is a matter of safety, do not rely on a single alarm — ours or anyone's.

UpMode is not a medical device and gives no medical advice.

Licence

UpMode is licensed, not sold, to you for personal use on devices you own, under Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement, which applies in full alongside these terms.
